At HOO-MA.COM, we do our best to ensure that our product descriptions are as detailed as possible so that you encounter no surprises when you receive our products.
We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.
Order cancellation policy:
We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders that are placed on our site.
Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@hoo-ma.com as soon as possible.
As the vast majority of items in stock are processed and/or dispatched within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this time so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or dispatched.
No request to cancel your order can be considered if it has already been processed.
Incorrect address:
It is your responsibility to check that this address is correct and to contact us as soon as possible to inform us of any changes. Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).
In the latter cases, these parcels may be returned to us, but not systematically.
If your order is returned to sender, we will offer you a refund minus the cost of postage, or we will offer you reshipment, depending on your choice.
You are not eligible for re-shipment or a refund of your order until the sender has received your parcel.
Returns policy:

Whether you are dissatisfied or have simply changed your mind. Our returns' policy is 30 days from the time you receive your products.

Sign it and send it with your parcel to the address we will give you when you write to our support team.
