Hereinafter referred to as: User, any Internet user connecting to and using the aforementioned site: HOO-MA.COM
The site HOO-MA.COM, includes a set of services, in the state, made available to users. It is here specified that the latter must remain courteous and to show good faith as well towards the other users as towards the webmaster of the site HOO-MA.COM. The HOO-MA.COM site is updated regularly by Mr Christophe Pain.
M. Christophe Pain endeavours to provide the most accurate information possible on the HOO-MA.COM site (subject to modifications made since it was put online), but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness and topicality of the information published on its site, whether this is his fault or that of third-party partners who provide him with this information.
Consequently, users acknowledge that they use this information (which is indicative, non-exhaustive and subject to change) under their sole responsibility.
3. Accessibility:
The HOO-MA.COM site is in principle accessible to users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of interruption, whether scheduled or not, for maintenance purposes or in the event of force majeure.
In the event of impossibility of access to the service, HOO-MA.COM undertakes to do its utmost to restore access to the service and will then endeavour to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention.
Being subjected only to an obligation of means, HOO-MA.COM could not be held for person in charge for any damage, whatever nature it is, resulting from an unavailability of the service.
4. Intellectual property:
M. Christophe Pain is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use on all elements accessible on the site, both on the structure and on the texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software...
Any total or partial reproduction of the HOO-MA.COM site, representation, modification, publication, total or partial adaptation of any of these elements, whatever the means or process used, is forbidden, except with the prior written authorisation of Mr Christophe Pain, owner of the site at the following email address: contact@hoo-ma.com, failing which, it will be considered as constituting an infringement and liable to prosecution in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
5. Hypertext links and cookies :
The HOO-MA.COM site contains a number of hypertext links to other sites (partners, information, etc.) set up with the authorisation of Mr Christophe Pain. However, M. Christophe Pain is not in a position to check the entire content of sites visited in this way, and therefore declines all responsibility for any risks of illicit content.

6. Protection of people and property - management of personal data:
In France, personal data is protected in particular by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
On the HOO-MA.COM site, Mr Christophe Pain collects personal information (in accordance with Article 4 of Law No. 78-17 of 06 January 1978) relating to the user only for the purposes of certain services offered by the HOO-MA.COM site. Users provide this information with full knowledge of the facts, particularly when they enter it themselves. Users of the HOO-MA.COM site are then informed whether or not they are required to provide this information.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 et seq. of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, all users have the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose any personal data concerning them. Only the assumption of the repurchase of the site HOO-MA.COM and its rights authorises Mr Christophe Pain to transmit the said information to the eventual purchaser who would in turn be bound by the same obligation of conservation and modification of the data with respect to the user of the site HOO-MA.COM.
